Welcome

“There is no substitute for experience.” At trial or on appeal Attorney David H. Erickson has experience gathered during twenty five years of practice to successfully represent you. From misdemeanors in the Ayer and Concord District Court to major felonies in the Middlesex County Superior Court in Woburn, Attorney Erickson will take the time to investigate and litigate your case to a positive resolution. His trial abilities come from having fought hard in the Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court in Boston to overturn case after case where the prosecutor and judge got the law wrong. He will bring that knowledge to your case. Whether its operating under the influence of liquor, motor vehicle homicide, or even more serious crimes, he knows the law and he will take the time to learn the facts of your case.

“Its experience that counts.” After conviction on sex crimes people look to Attorney Erickson to represent them in classification, termination, and relief from registration matters heard by the Sex Offender Registry Board (SORB) and on appeal to the superior court and appellate courts because of his experience. From when the SORB law was first passed in Massachusetts to today, he has been getting people reductions in their classification levels and relief from registration. From when the sexually dangerous person law was reinstituted to today, in case after case Attorney Erickson has been securing the release of those wrongfully accused of being dangerous.

“The experience should be broad.” The reality is that Attorney Erickson makes his living preparing, resolving, and trying cases. It’s no surprise then that he has successfully settled and tried numerous personal injury and civil litigation matters.

Attorney Erickson is licensed to Practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
